Hello Team

I'm using latest AVS gear but cannot rip any DVD'dsbecause of AVSIFOFiles.dll error message.

Tried everything I could possibly think of including:
Repair, Re-Install, turnd of AntiVir, etc.

Even tried in VMware virtual machine with only video converter installed - allway the same error message

Any ideas before requesting my money back??

I bought this product to primarely rip my DVD collection to watch on iPad-2

Regards Henry

Hello Henry,

Please run repair from menu Start>All Programs>AVS4YOU>Repair. Does AVSIFOFiles load successfully?

Please note that IFO files are not officially supported by our software, so we cannot guarantee proper work in our software. We recommend to unpack iso archive and open DVD files in our program.

Regards.

Thanks for reply - All files load ok - error remains.

Maybe I'm mistaken the way I try to rip DVD's in order to play on iPad.

Could you tell me what the steps are to go from DVD movie to mp4?

Regards Henry

I solved the problem - the DVD "Casino Royale" produces the error - all other DVD's in my collection work fine.

However - one thing to mention - what AVS4YOU calls support - is a joke - to be polite! I regret the money I spend.

Hello Henry,

Glad to hear that the problem has been solved. It may be that your DVD "Casino Royale" is scratched or defected in some way. I would recommend you to copy files from disc to hard drive and then convert them from hard drive.

Sorry, but what was wrong with AVS4YOU support?

Best regards.
