Hello,

AVS Video Remaker allows to edit videos without re-encoding and is supposed for fast editing. It's is also convenient to use to join files of the same format into big file or instead split big file into clips.

AVS Video Editor has much more editing capabilities, it allows to add video effects, text, soundtrack, adjust color and audio settings, save to different formats.

I hope it explains.

Best regards.

Now that transitions have been added to ReMaker, how are they applied without requiring re-encoding? I don't use transitions in ReMaker, but I'm just curious.

Also, is it possible to rotate video by 180° losslessly? (I don't mean as a transition, I mean playing the entire video upside down). I can't find a straightforward way to do this in ReMaker and so I had to find another software to do this basic feature.

Hello,

Editing without re-encoding technology allows to split videos to scenes and apply transitions between scenes.

As for rotating video, as far as I know it cannot be done without re-encoding.

Regards.
