I am a new user, and have converted many files using other programmes. I have purchased full version and am trying to convert a fully functional movie, to play on an Android. While the file is produced, it does not play - but I can see each 'screen' if I use the forward button in a movie player. There is no sound at all. I have adjusted the settings but not working for me. Any ideas?

Hi Vlad

I am using it for an Android device, and tried the default Android settings. Also, as an ipod Mp4, and that didnt work either. I can play other movies on the device, but nothing I have created using AVs video converter. The original files are in m4v. They play well on my laptop and ipad. But just a series of stills on my android, after conversion

Perhaps, there is something wrong with resolution or video codec. Therefore, we still need to kkow the exact model of your Android device.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

The video does not play with any android device. And the conversion only takes 25 minutes which seems much too short. A laptop should be able to play a video conmverted in this manner but it cant. I have asked for support twice on the Support Ticket page and have not received one response from the creators. Not happy.

Hello,

There may be a problem converting certain files. Do you have playback problems converting only m4v files in AVS Video Converter or other files too (for example AVI's)? Please open one of your m4v files in AVS Video Converter, open Advanced>Conversion options and make a screeshot of it.

Best regards.
