I have sent three requests for help on the support page in the last week and I am getting no support first off is there anybody out there??
The issue I am inquiring about is does this avs video converter convert the "Coral Player videos" I put a video into the converter and it shows a quick conversion say under a minute but all you get is the same thing as you started with no conversion the file is 600 mb or more and all you get is a short like a preview size that is under 1 minute.
Does anyone know if the converter works on these and if not I have an issue this is one of the reasons i purchased this avs package so I am feeling alittle ripped off.

Hello,

We apologize for the late response, normally we respond within 48 hours.

It depends on format of files associated with Coral Player. Which extension do the files have? Do you have this problem with one particular file or with several files. If with several, please reinstall AVS software using the instructions here.

Best regards.

The issue is with any file extension which is attached to a Coral Player such as .avi and Xvid if the video is using those two and the video is converted all i seem to get is a video clip about 52 seconds long even though the actual video is 700MB or more.
Correct me if iam wrong when i first was interested in your software it was because i went to convert a video i had and it said you could convert using the full version of your software(paid for in other words) it would leave a small caption type script on the front so I thought OK I will pay for the software and all it does for me is just make it so I am able to put on a DVD for my video player in the house but it still only has a fairly large picture of a video player and then the clip will play in the window.
It says to view you need to download the coralplayer at real.coralplayer.com
The one I just tried the extension was "Divx-Pro.avi and the same issue it will not change I tried 4 different conversions.

maybe I am missing something here but obviously I am frustrated.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled but have not tried to correct a coral player yet but I did try another file type it was a .UNDF and it would not work when i tried to convert all it shows is a sort of rainbow looking screen like a tv station that is off air but what is strange is I went looking for a converter to convert this extension and your software comes up but when i tried at different types its not working.
It may be something I am doing it seems strange that these files are supposed to work but dont,

To answer your question on what player i use its the following, Mdeia player,VLC, divx pro and tiger player if this is my issue tell me whats a good player I do use the Boxee Box to watch on my TV as well

can you tell me a better player and if its maybe me not your software.

Thanks

It is from Vuze downloads its a torrent file , your going to tell me thats why it will not convert is because the file source is the reason, ok what about the question you had on what player i was using I said which ones and mentioned i could not open a coralplayer source is there one that works besides coral I was under the impression your software worked with it thats why I purchased yours.
Am I wasting my time since its torrents, or can you point me somewhere else helpful.
