I have purchased the video converter to batch convert files. While, the converter does convert several files in one 'step', they are combined into one file at the output. Is it possible to batch convert, obtaining a single file in the new format corresponding to each file in the starting format? Steve

Hello Steve,

sweber42:
Is it possible to batch convert, obtaining a single file in the new format corresponding to each file in the starting format?

Yes, that is possible. For that, please:
1. Launch AVS Video Converter and choose files for the conversion
2. Choose the format and the presets for the conversion (except To DVD)
3. Press Advanced button, tick Split and choose Batch Mode (See the attachment).

Best Regards

I cant use the "menu" button in the aplication and i cant make more than one conversions at the time. Is there anything i can do to solve these problems? Í´ve tried to download the latest version of AVS video converter 6.2.1.277 and installing that, i tried to uninstall and then reinstall the aplication with the same result.
The menu button in the aplication is not highlighted as all the other buttons are in the top menu.

I´ve mailed and sent messages thru the support forms without any answers from the support team.

Hello,

PIP:
I cant use the "menu" button in the aplication

In fact, the menu button is available in To DVD mode. So, please launch AVS Video Converter, choose the input file you want to convert, press To DVD button. The Menu button will be available. For more information about DVD menu creation, please follow this link.

I am very pleased with the batch processing capability of the AVS audio converter. The converter generates a seperate file for every input file. On the contrary, the AVS video converter conbines all the input files into a single file for the output.
I am, hence, forced to convert a file at a time which leads to low productivity.

May I suggest that you make the video converter to work the way the audio converter does for batch processing.

Is there a way to add a queuing system to the video converter? I want to be able to drop a directory or multiple videos somewhere and have them each converted, not all converted into one file. If this is already possible I apologize. Thank you in advance for any help that you can extend.

Hello,

I want to convert about 200 video files into seperate .avi files so I can browse through the videos easily. But AVS converter seems to stick all those files into one big .avi file. The result of that is that I get a 12 hour long video ... which I REALLY don't want.
Can anyone help me get my videos converted at the same time but the output file will be seperated? Thanks!

I'm trying to batch convert several files, however, it would appear the out put is all combined into one file. How do I convert to individual files ? (Icannot see any switches, flags, tick boxes etc.

Hello,

Please use batch mode to convert files separately in AVS Video Converter. You can find the details here.
