Every time i try to start AVS Video converter 7 (i have the most recent download) the splash screen starts, and the program goes into not responding. I have downloaded both of the codec fixes, un-installed the program multiple times, cleared out the registry and misc. files that exist. i have run the registry cleaner and the repair tool. I have had no success and i havent gotten any replies from tech support via email in 3 days.

Extremely frusterated...

- do you have this problem only woth AVS Video Converter 7 or other AVS programs too.
- specify your PC configuration - Operating System, CPU, Ram.
