We need to convert WebEx Training Center recordings from WebEx's proprietary output format of .arf to .flv. So far, the only way we've found to do that is to use WebEx's video editor to first convert to .wmv, then use AVS to convert from .wmv to .flv. Both conversions are real-time and cumbersome for four-six hour videos. Is there an easier way to get from .arf to .flv?
