I have used a Hauppauge HD-PVR and it converted files to MPEG-2 (.ts files) I am just trying to convert these just as they are so they will play on dvd'd I will have to use DVD dl or Blu-Ray sl for these movies. What is the best file type to convert to to keep the picture and dolby digital sound the same quality?
Thanks

Hello,
If you your ts videos are HD, it's better to convert them to Blu-ray. Unfortunately, dolby digintal sound is not supported by our software for output.
Regards.
