Hello

1- The volume in a movie is too low I would like to increase the level, without touching the video, can you point me to the right program?

2- And also a m2ts or mp4 doesn't play properly ( freezes) with AVS media player any obvious reason?

Sorry for the delay.

1) You should apply Amplify affect to increase the volume, please use the tips here.

2) As far as I understand, your m2ts or mp4 file are HD video files. How powerfull is you computer? Could you please specify your PC configuration - Operating SYstem, CPU, Ram?
