It would be nice if in the All Video Effects and the All Transitions panels, the effects and transitions were sorted in alphabetical order. That way, if you knew the name of the effect or transition, but not exactly what type of transition/effect it was, you'd be able to find it easily.
It's not apparent just how effects and transitions are sorted by, but it is clearly not by name.
