I just "upgraded" to a lifetime license and re-download the latest edition and found that the program fails to recognize the existence of VOB files in a VTS folder. I t only recognizes the IFO files which it cannot convert. The previous edition gave me no such problem.

That is exactly how the program should work. VIDEO_TS.IFO file contains full movie structure and we recommend to open it to convert DVD's. Could you please specify what error you get trying to convert VIDEO_TS.IFO file?

I just purchased an unlimited license so I could covert ifo files. I can't convert anything because I immediately get the message "file format error." Pls. help! I submitted a request for help through support on Friday and have not heard anything. I need do have these files converted asap! THANKS!
