hI hope you can help.
Im converting MKV to BLUERAY. After coverting and burnt to blueray disk th filmis all pixilated!!!! what do you think is the cause i what should i do to stop this happening as bluray blank media is expensive.
Any help would be great thanks.

Hello,

Please give some more details about the problem:

- do you have this problem just certain mkv file or several mkv files?

- try previewing your source mkv file in Edit option of AVS Video Converter. Does it play properly?

- please attach a screenshot of your mkv file properties (Advanced).

Thanks for getting back to me. It happens on a few MKV files others work fine!!

Sorry for the delay.

Please make sure that these few mkv files are not corrupted and play without defects in media player. Also, open your file in AVS Video Converter and try playing it in Edit option. Does it play with pixilation?
