I am new to AVS video Editor 4. I want to add an image to the beginning of movies I edit. I need it to display for about 5 seconds - kind of like a Copy Protection message. Can this be done? If so, how is it done?

Hello,

I would recommend you to use new version AVS Video Editor 5.1. where you can just put Text effect at the beginning on Timeline and type the text you need. The text will be displayed on a black background. Please find more detials how to work with text on our online help website.
