I have now tried to batch converet several files from MP4 to AVI (6 or more) and each time the program crashes.
At each point where the program crashed I reloaded the one or 2 files around where the crash occured and started the process again. This time however, the conversion worked fine. As a further check I also performed the same batch job using the same files using the freeware program "Any Video Converter", which worked without a hick-up and the output files created using the same settings were nearly identical in size (give or take a byte). This leads me to believe that the AVS Video converter program is unstable during the conversion process.
Any thoughts ?
