Try reinstalling the software completely:

1. Go Start> All Programs> AVS4YOU> Uninstall.

2. Go Start> Run... Print regedit in the opened window and click Ok. In the opened Registry Editor window please find and delete all AVS4YOU folders.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > AVS4YOU (delete it).
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE > AVS4YOU (delete it).

3. Go Local Disc (C:) > Program Files > AVS4YOU (delete it).
Go Local Disc (C:) > Program Files > Common Files > AVSMedia (delete it).
Go Local Disc (C:) > Documents and Settings > All Users > Application Data > AVS4YOU (delete it).

Then download the latest version of AVS Video Recorder and install it.

Hello,

Sorry for the late answer.

Please repeat the error and send us current log files, it will allow us to assist you further.

For it please run C:\Program Files\AVS4YOU\AVSVideoRecorder\AVSVideoRecorder_LOG.bat, it will launch AVS Video Recorder and create log files. Please work with AVS Video Recorder and when the error repeats, close the application. After you close the program, the folder with log files will automatically appear. Please attach log files to your message.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Regards.
