Unfortunately, there is no special feature for the title. But you can use a Text Overlay function to create it.

So, please lanch AVS Video Editor and choose video for editing.
Then:
1. Press Make Video button>Colors drag any color (e.g. black) to the storeboard;
2. Then place it before the video;
3. Apply Text Overlay to that black coloured image;

Hi,.
I have just found this forum after a bit of searching and registered.
Re the reply to Chris 2000, 20.05.08 on Titling.
How do you apply Text Overlay to your selected title box on the timeline. Drag and drop, no. Cut , paste, no.
What have I missed.

Hi,

For more detailed information about text overlay, I'd recommend you to follow this link to the Animated Tutorials.

Best Regards.

Hi Dam,
Thanks for the reply.
I had already emailed the AVS Media Support Team before I found the AVS4YOU forums and registered.
Tatiana Nevstrueva replied.

I seem to have managed it.
What I did not realise was that the text does not show in the coloured (title) frame until you save the movie. I think.
I could compose a title in the edit box and preview it and thought that it should appear in the frame by pasting it in. Which of course it did'nt. Just need to play about with the effects now.
