Hi, I'm considering the Video Editor programme but I need to know whether it is possible to either blur or 'white out' a part of a video, for example, to make the the registration mark of a vehicle unreadable, and then, whether the' white out' would follow on in subsequent frames or whether the editing would need to be done frame by frame?. Many thanks.

Yes, it is possible to add blur effect to the certain area of the video in AVS Video Editor. There are several Blur effects in our program which you can use. However, if you want to move this effect with certain object through your video, it will require frame by frame additing from you. Please find the details about blur effects and how to work with them in our program on our help website:
