Please upload that file to our FTP server. That will allow us to reproduce the error. I will send the FTP details to your e-mail.

So, I used your video. That worked fine.

So, please try to install the latest version of the AVS DVD authoring that was released yesterday (Version: 1.3.2.40). Just follow this link.

Inform me about the result.

Nope same problem - this i the same version of the app that I had installed on 09/01..

Did you test this on a Server 2008 x64bit machine ??

Many Thanks

I found this post becuase I was getting the same message, however when I saw your question about using Server 2008, it dawned on me that it was working when I was using this program directly from the console. However when I remoted into my computer via Remote Desktop at a later time to build my project I was getting the same message every time I opened the project file. I just tried again directly from the console (no Remote Desktop) and was able to open the project without the error. It is currently building :-)

So, if you are using Remote Desktop, try working directly from the console to see if that makes a difference.

Yep and that is exactly what I am doing.... RDP to the session..

OK - I'll try VNC and see if that resolves it - going to be a bugger tho if that fixes it as the machine is tucked away with no KVM access..

Yes confirmed - RDP was the issue. Many Thanks for the pointer..

Going thru UltraVNC it compiles the videos correctly and the error msg is no longer present - Just hangs now when it goes to burn the DVD - hangs at the Browsing for Device section..

Mnay Thanks..

I am having the same problem, getting the error message "program integration is corrupted".

There seems to be no solution offered yet in this forum. The version I am using was downloaded from your site a few days ago.

What should I do now, ask for my money back?
