I am getting this error message when try to download. It will not let me download the files for video converter 6.2!!:

An error occured while trying to rename a file in destination directory:
Movefile failed; code 2
System cannot find the file specified.

I have uninstalled 2x and reinstalled to NO AVAIL - please help! I sent an email to tech support a couple days ago....

Please try disabling your antivirus program for the moment of program installation.
Would be great if you informed us whether this helps.
