I recently purchased my unlimited licences and completed the on-line forms to obtain an answer about a small issue I am having.

So..... How long does it usually take to get a response? Should I write my questions in English or French or German, to get a speedier response? It has been 4 or 5 days already and no one has responded yet on the support page.

Perhaps I should post my questions in these forums? ;-)

Our software has been updated, so please download any program from the downloads page (for ex, AVS Video Converter) and new AVS Software Navigator will get installed automatically. Do not hesitate to contact us in case the message pops up again.
