i think the developers must improve the mp4 converter i have problems converting movies to APPLE IPOD any profile are same...(its choppy,slow...)
heres the one i converting..

Try increasing the output bitrate: follow to Edit Profile window and set the bitrate not less than 1500 (the one of your input file).
