I bought the unlimited license for AVS Video Editor v.4 about a week ago. I was able to use the program 1 day and burn a DVD with no problems. This week, I went to open the program, and I get the error window that says: Exception Processing Message c0000013 75b6bf7c... I have tried uninstalling it and still no luck. I need to get this problem fixed like soon because I have a project that is due no later than next Thursday. PLEASE HELP ASAP!

When you get the error please keep clicking on Cancel until the message disappears. Then upload any file saved on your hard disc to the program. The error should not occur afterwards.

Please inform me whether this solution is helpful

Hi,

I am having the same problem - would you please amplify what you mean by 'upload any file saved on your hard disc to the program'.

I have the program installed on the C-drive and all my working files are stored on a separate hard disk designated as S:

Thank you for your help, Alan

The error means that a CD or DVD you previously imported the files from has been removed from the drive. In order to avoid the error, you need to import any file from your hard disc (not from a CD or DVD). It does not matter which hard disc the file is stored on.

In case this does not help, please write back

When I had this error I had recently added a USB card reader to my system. This had been installed with the drivers that came in the box.

I used Driver Detective to find a newer set of drivers. Once these were installed the C00013 went away.

I hope this might be useful for others.
