Trying to rip DVD to 3GP for my Blackberry 8350i and I get an error message when trying to play the video. If I only rip part of the DVD, say 5 or 10 minutes, the file will play just fine. But if I rip the whole thing I get an error when trying to play it. Anyone have an answer? I'm not getting any reply from the "SUPPORT FORUM". :(

We are ready to help you, but we need some information:

- what error message exactly you receive?
- what gives the error: the program or the device
- what file size you have on the output?
- do you have the files of similarsize and are there some problems with playing these videos?
