Would it be possible to add another group in the forums? Something like "General Questions"? Sometimes there may be a question that does not exactly pertain to one of the specific groups you already have. As an example, I was having an issue with the "Software Navigator", but no group where I could really ask my questions.
Also, in the support page, where we select the subject of our message to the support staff, would it be possible to add, in the drop list, something like other?
