I HAVE SUBSCRIBE YEARLY FOR AUDIO EDITOR, THE SAVE,EFFECTS AND OTHER AREAS ARE NOT WORKING THEY ARE GRAYED OUT. I THOUGH IF YOU PAID FOR A SUBSCRIPTION IT WOULD BE UNLOCKED.
I HAVE EMAILED SUPPORT 5 TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE.
CAN SOMEONE JUST PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO UNGRAY THESE AREAS, SO THAT I CAN FILL MY CLIENTS PROJECTS?
I THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD INVESTEMENT BUT IT SEEMS NOT TO BE.
JUST WANT A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM.
WE ARE A BUSY PRODUCTION COMPANY.

Please could you describe your actions step by step and attach a screenshot of the program interface. Actually, first you need to open an audio track in the program by clicking on File > Open. After the track is uploaded the functions you mention must get enabled. That`s really strange they are not.

Thank you, for your repy that problem is fixed now.
But now, when I go to record on the Audacity or the AVS recprder I get a loud annoying sound and this is also on any recording I try to record. This didn't happen before what should I do?
