what happens if I uninstall the AVS converter and reinstall it after paying for it, would I have to pay for it again?

No you surely would not have to pay for the software licence again after you reinstall it, as well as after you update any of your PC components or reinstall OS.

When you uninstall the software, then download the latest versions and install them anew, you can still use your current licence key to activate AVS4YOU software. If you have any problems please feel free to contact us via AVS Support System.

I am trying to edit three m2ts files in the latest Video Editor. Two of the files can be imported, but a third gives errors (External Exception EEFFACE).
I tried copying this file, converting the file. and playing the file using AVS software and getting the same error. I was able to use AVS to create a data
disk from the m2ts file, but this did the same thing. However, I was able to play this created data disc with Windows Media Player.

Is there any way I can recover this file's video data, so that I can import it into the video editor?

This file is over 7000 KB compressed, so I cannot send it to you.

Unfortunately we are not able to analyse the problem without your source .m2ts file.

I am kindly asking you to upload it to our FTP sever. I have send the instructions on how to upload the file using AVS Support System.

Error E06D7363 also over here. Did not had this problem at all until I had to install the whole bunch new because of a problem with the menu stretching. After full reinstall the problem occured. As I thought the problem could be a windows 8.1 problem, I installed the program on a windows 7 machine, just to be on the safe side. But the same problem occured also at this machine. Also the stretched DVD menu problem still existed. So reinstall was not at all necessary, but I think they allways start with this. Wished they had not told me to reinstall the bunch again.

I tracked the problem down to the converter. Tried to install extra codecs without any result.

Send my mpg file to the support desk, but no answer yet.

Shame this problem is a real stopper for me.

Any solutions from the community?

Getting an error message that there is no memory. I have tried everything that has been previously suggested for this E06D7363 error. No file works. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Rebooted and removed everything that I put on the laptop after this program. Still not working.

I have a wmv file created from GoToMeeting. I am trying to import it into AVS Video Converter 6.4 and I am getting the error "External exception E06D7363".

Then try to import your file again.
