hi I have over 60 videos that say that give the same error message.
can you tell us how to edit the files ourself. you mentioned that .vep files are basically xml files but when I open the files as xml in text editor all I see are symbols.
I cannot obtain the original videos or file structure it was saved in

I cannot attach vep to this post because all vep are too big. on average .vep files are 400+mb

I was working on a .VEP file and I produced the video. I did save the project before I produced it. There was a tiny error in the outputted video, so I tried to reopen the project file and got "Can't load project. It can be missing or corrupted."

To avoid the problem please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC. Instructions below:

1. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it.

2. Download the latest versions of the programs from our website.

Now install the software on your PC anew.

I’m experiencing an issue when trying to open project files saved in AVS Video Editor (.VEP). After producing the video and saving the project properly, I tried to reopen the file and received the following error message:

"Failed to load the project. It may be missing or corrupted."

I would like to ask if it’s possible for you to help me recover these files, as I urgently need to continue working on them. There are many hours of work invested in these projects. I’ve already compressed the files into a .ZIP archive to make sharing easier.

Attached you will find the corrupted files. I truly appreciate any support or guidance you can provide.
