Hi Nat,
Thank you so much for the help and for the new profile, which I got zipped as you suggested. I also produced a scene and it worked nicely in Produce mode as well as upload. I look forward to using my 60P files. Thank you again.
When I set up the parameters (in AVS4YOU) for the other filming modes (30P etc)I had a choice of KBPS for the audio bit rate and a few other parameters. Often I picked the very smallest bit rates when I had a scene with silence or only voice and no music which I didn't want reproduced with high quality sound. I did that thinking it might save processing time and upploading time.
I'm wondering if picking those options does actually save time in processing and uploading?
And if it does work faster in the 30P etc modes would it also work faster in the 60P mode?
One more question if you don't mind, please. (well I see more than one ? ? but they are all related to the same subject)
There are days when I shoot 3 or 4 scenes, stop the camera and a bit later in the day shoot half a dozen more scenes.
My intention was that the first set of scenes be used for one project, the second group of scenes be used in a completely different project. Then I might later that same day shoot 3 or more other scenes intending to use them for a third project.
Because of the camera software (using 60P mode) every scene all at once loads and all those scenes land in just one file. When I open the file location and use CTRL left click to pick a group of scenes to load (lets say I picked 3 scenes out of 12 scenes in a file) then when I click OPEN not just one instance of AVS opens but 3 instances. Am I doing something wrong? (again) I did reboot my computer in the last few days thinking that might solve the multiple instance problem. The CTRL click option works for me as I thought it would in 30P and lower quality modes.
In AVS can two projects be opened at the same time? Or can one project be separated into multiple projects with different names?
Thanks again for your help, Nat. I very much appreciate your patience working with me.
