Some 6 weeks ago, I bought 2 licences for 2 computers (Vista 32-bit, Win7 64-bit), which I am using for converting videos with AVS Video Converter. So far, I had no problems at all, but all of a sudden, since installing the recent rather large Microsoft Update packages yesterday, I have major problems on both computers. The AVS Video Converter would no longer convert m2ts-files, but rather produce the error message "External exception EEFFACE" in a large number of small windows on Win7, and on Vista the conversion simply stops after a few seconds, saying "the conversion is finished".
On Vista, I am using version 8.0.4.495, on Win7 I have updated to the latest version 8.1.1.509.
What can to do to get the problem solved, or does the problem really occur in context with the latest Microsoft Updates (no idea what else it could be) - than AVS would have to take action.
Thanks for help in advance.
