Hello, brand new user of video editor here. I only have the free version and am trying to see if it will work for what I want to do before purchasing a license.

I am making a slideshow of images, and I have used the Pan and Zoom effect on an image over the course of several seconds. Now that I have determined the size and placement of the frame at the end of the pan/zoom motion, I would like to stay on that image, at that particular placement for several seconds before transitioning to the next image.

Another way of saying what I want to do:
I have the image set to play over the course of 10 seconds. I want to set my pan/zoom effect to take place over the course of the first 6 seconds. Then I want to see the resulting portion of the panned/zoomed image without any motion for the remaining 4 seconds before the transition to the next image.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks!

Hello,

Please note, that you if you need to "freeze" the image for some seconds you can use the freeze a frame option. Just use the Pan and Zoom effect and at the end of this part freeze the image for required period of time. Here is the instruction.

Should you need further assistance, please let us know.
Best regards!
