Dear AVS4YOU Fourm

I always use Remaker to patch together MTS files from my Panny camera "Remake Now"-ed to MP4 for upload to YouTube.

Today I added two files in the usual way and pressed "Remake Now!" but in the settings I was not given the usual option of a variety of video formats (AVI MP4) but only M2tS and Blu-Ray.

I shut down Remaker and opened it again and added the same MTS files and again the settings were limited to M2TS and Blu-Ray both of which can't be uploaded to YouTube.

I tried some other MTS files and I was given the usual setting options and successfully Remake-Now-ed to MP4.

Does anyone know why the settings are limited to M2TS and Blu-Ray for a subset of my camera MTS files?

Is there something wrong with the files?

Is there any way of getting the full range of settings back?

Is the quickest way to convert the two MTS files to something else and then use Remaker to remake to MP4 or Remake to M2TS and then convert?

Cheers

Hello,
Thank you for the information,

To avoid the problem please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC. Instructions below:

1. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it.

2. Download the latest versions of the programs from our website.

Now install the software on your PC anew.

If it does not solve the issue, please contact us again and send the screenshots showing the situation. Please also note, that first, AVS Video ReMaker is a program for video processing without any need to re-encode the file.

Best regards!

Dear Helga

Is there a known bug that makes you think that this would improve the situation, or is yours a generic response?

I have a old version of Remaker from 2010 so I doubt that my licence key would be valid for the newer products.

Would a licence key from 2010 would work with the latest version that you are recommending I download?

(It seems unlikely to me!)
