The codecs does not load when selecting WMV or WMA. The 2 program crashes with latest version of AVS Video Converter and AVS Audio Converter.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I already logged queries in support-stlll no response.

I've already numerous times uninstalled and re-installed AVS software via the uninstall tool provided.

I also send a reply to Helga via the support system. This does not solve the problem.

I would appreciate it if someone can provide me with proof where AVS Video Converter and AVS Audio Converter works with WMV and WMA.
