I am new to AVS
I am trying to produce a 4k file from my timeline.
my footage is 4k UHD uncompressed from my Nikon D850.it seems when i hit create the program shuts down and i lose all my editing work.
I'try to convert for facebook or youtube at 4k and the program dies.I tried at a lower resolution and it worked.
I am thinking it cant handle 4k

I also use the latest Edius pro 9 without a issue
i am not sure if this has been covered before
Any ideas?

Does any error occur when the program shuts down? You have asked the question about the error 13 in another thread, is it the same error?

Please try to change your decoder settings: Edit > Settings > Acceleration: choose Auto, Software, Hardware, or Disabled.

Send the configuration of your operating system: right click on My computer > Properties, and the list of your video cards: Control Panel > Device manager.
