I have had to move to a new PC and cant re activate AVS video converter, I have sent multiple support requests but had no response. Is anyone else having trouble contacting support?

hi, my avs converter has stopped working, the timer starts on the conversion but the actual conversion doesn't, please help as i have bought the product and i need to use it, otherwie refund me and i'll download elewhere.
