To avoid the problem please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC. Instructions below:

1. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it.

2. Download and install the latest versions of the necessary programs from our website.

Please, download and install the new versions: AVS Video Converter 9.5.1, AVS Video Editor 7.5.1 or AVS Video Remaker 5.1.1. Now you can try another method of video rendering - using video buffer.

Please, try to follow the recommendations:
1. click Settings -> Preview -> Video rendering - Use video buffer;
2. click on the OK button;
3. restart the application.

Hi All.....Picture in Video Editor preview screen is compressed into a small band in the middle of the screen approx. 20mm wide??? I had this problem before, a couple of years ago but I cannot remember how it was resolved at the time? maybe it did not get resolved?? hence I have not used it since....Any ideas will be gratefully received....
