I am trying to edit a new video. At the start I put my zine name in its font, however for some reason the letter 'e' is suddenly not showing. It writes the first name ok (which has no 'e') but when I write the second which has 'e' in then it makes the text all disappear. It is ok if I do the letter 'e' as a capital 'E', but I don't have the name in capitals, so I don't want it in capitals (it looks weird in capitals). The letter 'e' shows in all other fonts.

I just went into Word and other programs to check the font and the letter 'e' works ok in all other programs, so is there a reason it is suddenly not working in the Avs4You video editor? It has always worked ok previously, so I don't know why it's suddenly not working. It's a bit annoying as I don't want to have to import a graphic, as I use the outline text option that is in Avs4You and there's no outline option in some other programs. Any idea why may be happening?

To avoid the problem please try to completely uninstall all AVS4YOU software traces from your PC following the instructions below:

1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

2. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it. It is highly recommended to leave the default option "Delete license key-files" checked.

3. Download and install the latest versions of the necessary programs, incl. AVS Video Editor 6.1.2.211, from our website:
