I'm trying to do lesson vids, and would like to record myself playing guitar along with notes moving. I'm thinking that the idea would be to run a screen capture of Bands In A Box playing the backing track, and then do a video overlay of me playing along with the running BIAB track. It's this possible? Or, let's say I record myself playing the chords to a tune; can I then record a video overlay in real time as I play along with the pre-recorded track?

Dear user,

You can place the main video on the video timeline and then pre recorded video on the audio timeline, so you would hear the audio from the prerecorded video and see the newly recorded video.

If you mean something else please specify.
