Hi,

I purchased your software last 6May2015 and was given a license key. I immediately did the registration process and the system prompted that it was successful.

However, when I use the software, it does not produce an output file. It just flashes the counter briefly and the system says conversion is completed but the file is trash.

I reached out to support and Tammy replied with a procedure to download a file to totally remove all AVS4YOU components, uninstall the software, run the downloaded removal tool, then reinstall the Video Editor software. I did all that but still the software produces NOTHING.

Please let me know how to make your software operate as it should. Otherwise, I would like to demand for a refund on the purchase. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
