Hello, make sure you use the latest version of
AVS Video Converter 9.1.3.572. I'd also recommend you to try the following steps:
<1> close all running applications on your PC while converting the file;
<2> disable antivirus application.
If the issue still persists, please specify:
<1> your PC configuration;
<2> attach a screenshot of Advanced >> Conversion Options window after you have added the input file and after you have chosen the profile for conversion;
<3> attach a screenshot of the error message, if any;
<4> whether the issue appears only when converting this particular video file or not.
I'd ask you to continue the correspondence in our
