Dear user,
Thnk you for the suggetion, I will surely pass it over to our developers.
Thepartial use of GPU has already been implemented in AVS Video Editor and AVS Video Converter.
Now the graphics processor is used for many editing operations which has made the work of the program much faster. However, GPU hardware acceleration is not yet used for conversion. Our developers consider using GPU acceleration in the conversion process as well, but there are no definite release plans yet.
To increase the conversion spedd you may try to do the following Settings - Processing - Conversion mode - select Multi Thread, in Threads Priority - Above Normal, in Codec - Intel Media - choose Auto.
Then start the conversion process and open Windows Task Manager by clicking on Ctrl + Alt + Delete - go to Processes tab and find AVS Video Converter host process - right click on it - choose Set Priority - Above Normal.
Should you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Kind regards
