I'm runnnig windows 7 64 pro and the 9.1 version of video converter. I've install 4 diferent version of IMM4 Codec and video converter still says "ACM video codec is not installed. Codec name: IMM4.

i know it corectly install, i can play my files in Windows media player et also GSPOT says it is installed.

Any idea?

I downloaded the file ans installed it. Same problem. Still says codec not installed!

Hi!

Please find attached the *.zip file >> download it >> unzip and install the *.exe file on your PC >> reboot your PC >> launch AVS application >> try to work with your video file.

Dear user,

Please try to do the following: save the file from the attachment your harddrive: C:\Program Files\Common Files\AVSMedia\ActiveX.
Replace the existing file with the new one.

Then repair AVS files and try to import the file once again.

Thanks for the steps Nat. By the way, what might have caused this? I mean, from the steps, we need to do a copy paste at program files.
