When I try to change the duration of an image in the timeline, it changes the all images on the timeline.
How do I change a single duration without effecting all the images.

It is possible to change duration of only one image file on the timeline: you need to double click on the image file on the timeline - enter the duration you need.

Please specify the way you edited the duration of the image file: describe your actions step by step. Attach the screenshot of the window where you change the image file duration.
