I'm not able to produce High@4.2 video with MP4 container.

I have no problem to produce High@4.2 video with AVI container.

Could you please help ?

Dear user,

Please try to do the following: import video you need to convert to AVS Video Converter - press the Advanced button - Conversion options - in Video Codec choose H.264/AVC and press the Advanced button - Bitrate tab - in level choose 4.2 - Ok - see the screenshot attached.

Hello Nat, with these settings, I have main@4.2 and not high@4.2

I have also change MBs and Frames (see attachment).

With my settings,
I can have high@4.2 in AVI
but I CAN'T have high@4.2 with MP4.

Could you please help ?

Our developers have made a pack for you. We would ask you to launch the attached utility on your PC. This utility will update AVS software components installed on your PC.

1. Save the attached .exe file on your PC.
2. Close all running AVS applications and launch the utility.
3. Follow the instructions given.
4. When the installation is complete new updated software components will be installed on your computer.

If you use the file on Apple devices please make sure to uncheck the options 8x8 on the tab indicated on the screenshot you sent me last time.
