Hi Guys,

My problem is ridiculous! I am not a newbie to video converters, used Adobe Premiere Elements for years, but my version does not accommodate HD - so I moved to AVS

When I drag an image from the media library to the storyboard or time line, it just "poof" disappears when I release the mouse button. They do not stick to the storyboard or timeline. I have the latest version of AVS, 64 bit Win7.

This situation occurs with two different win7 computers, so I am really pulling my hair out on this issue.

Would be very grateful for any help on this, no matter how stupid it makes me look.

Please record the process using AVS Screen Capture and send the video to us (attach it here), so we could test and analyse the problem.

Something might be off here. It should give you an error message at least. Any updates yet?
