I just convert my M2TS HD files into AVI, and I found both format files can not be sync.

case example,
=============
My original file:
Format: M2TS <--- Directly from HD Camera
Size: 1920x1080
FPS: 25 Fps
Duration: 35 second

After converted with AVS4You :
Format: AVI
Size: 720x576
FPS: 25 Fps
Duration: 34 second 4 frame <--- It should be 35 second, same as original M2TS

I already try convert these files using various setting, but same result.
Actually there's no missing frames, but converted duration seems little bit faster.

Why this happened?
how to make it sync/same duration

Hallo Nat,

I just try re-convert that .m2ts again using AVS Video Converter 8.5.1.551 , and the duration result still same.... after converted, the file get faster 4 frame.
Maybe 4 frame sounds not big problem, but hundred .m2ts will be big problem.

So then, I make some downloads from other video converter software.
Some other video converter have same result. Converted .m2ts have different duration,,, some faster & some other get slower duration.

But finally I found 1 video converter which have accurate duration,,,, converted video file have same duration with original .m2ts file.
but I'm sorry I can't tell the software here.

But if forum Admin or AVS support want to know, I can give info about the software (by private message).
if needed, I can upload my .m2ts video sample too,,,, maybe AVS team have plan to analyze & improve this issue.
