Hi all. I tried 5 times to install video converter. I sent 3 messages to the support page and have received no reply in 2 days. Attached is screen shot of my problem.It just wont activate and yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled lots of times. I type in the activation code and then this message comes up.
Can any one help as the "SUPPORT" people are NOT helping me. Thanks!!!
