Hi Guys, please help me, im pulling my hair out!

I have used AVS many times for normal dvd production, its pretty simple once you get the hang of it. I have bought a BDRW drive and I am now trying to burn to bluray as my video camera captures 720p

oh my lord i cant get it to work!

I produce the movie as normal, choose 'bluray', then choose a 720p option, the 24fps one.

Then 'create' the movie, as usual

So far so good, I then try to burn it and it just crashes, or takes AGES and then cancels.

Iv asked for help through the support option an the site but 3 days later I have heard nothing and I have a deadline of friday to get a this sorted.

Is it me? do I need to format the bluray disc or something?

I hope someone can help

Thanks

Andy

Dear Andy,

We are really sorry for the delay in reply and all the inconvenices caused.

To avoid the problem please try to reinstall the software following the instructions below:
Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it. It is highly recommended to leave the default option "Delete license key-files" checked.

Then download the programs anew:
http://www.avs4you.com/downloads.aspx

And repair AVS files:
Close all AVS programs and other running applications.
Copy the following link to the address bar of My computer window and press <Enter>:
If you run 32bit PC: %COMMONPROGRAMFILES%\AVSMedia\ActiveX\Repairing.exe
If you run 64bit PC: %COMMONPROGRAMFILES(x86)%\AVSMedia\ActiveX\Repairing.exe

After that right click on the video created - choose Send To - AVS Video Burner.

Please inform about the result.

Thank you for cooperation.

Kind regards

Hi Andy, how did the reinstall work for you? I was just wondering what caused this issue.
