I did two conversions with the trial software and everything seemed to work fine. I paid for the software and now the conversions come through with only audio. I am trying to convert home movies burned onto a DVD into a digital format to upload on YouTube. Extremely frustrating. The process takes a long time and produces "videos" with only audio. Am I making the wrong selection in the profile drop-down menu?

I click on Browse in the Input File Name window. It takes me to my output video file for the DVD in my DVD drive.

Two files show up. One is "VIDEO_TS.IFO" The other is "VTS_01_IFO"

I can find my videos in either one. I click on one of them and my DVD starts spinning in the drive. A window pops up that says "Selected Tracks" I put a check mark in the box of the track I want to convert.

The I have to choose a format from the profile drop down menu.

Help.

Dear user,

Please specify to what format you saved your video to and what profile (codec) selected.

Specify the player you use to playback the file on your PC, can you playback the file on AVS Media Player?

Try to install a codec pack and playback the file once again.

Thank you for the information.

Kind regards

Dear user,

Please specify your question or the moment you get the problem.

Can't you select the output files format?

Thank you for your answer.
