I forgot to add a clip at the beginning of my video. I added it now but the time is off on the overlays and music tracks how do I shift them to later in the video?

Dear user,

To avoid the issue you need to block the lines of overlay and music first, then add a clip at the beginning - please see the screenshot attached.
