I was told to simply uninstall and reinstall the latest version of AVS Video Editor but the problem is that I am using the latest version of the Video Editor. I was able to play other video files just fine though. (That and I was able to play that Video File on my computer just fine though.) However I have noticed one thing on how the Video File I have tried to upload is about 40 minutes long while the video files I can upload on the Video Editor are a lot shorter. Is the Video Editor unable to handle Video files that are considerably large? Or is there something wrong with my computer?

Dear user,

Thank you for the information.

To analyse the problem and find out the solution we need one of the files you have problems with.
Please upload it to our FTP server. I have sent you the instructions on how to do it via AVS Support System.

Thank you for cooperation.

Kind regards
